I am facing an issue iv not seen before my website works fine on desktop however on mobile on my iphone and desktop (mobile view) the scrolling is extremlly odd its extremlly sticky sometimes wont scroll at all its like its bouncing back.

I have deactivated all plugins with no joy, its a fresh install of pro and wordpress so not too sure what to try next?
