Missing footer

I’m not sure what happened, but I believe when I switched over from X to Pro just now something mucked up my footer. It used to be a solid black footer with the Social Media icons, but now it just appears as an empty white space in the page. Even if I turn the footer off, all that happens is the white space gets a bit smaller.

The page in question is https://baedekker.international/baeday , if you need login credentials I can set those up. I’d very much like to get the footer back as soon as possible, hopefully it’s an easy fix for you guys.

Oh, and the header refuses to be fixed to the top anymore - I’d figure the two might be related.

Hey @baedekkerinternation,

Upon checking, I see there’s nothing in your footer.

Would you mind trying the following solutions first before giving us access to your site?

  1. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

If nothing helps, please give us WP Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.
