Hi guys,
The PRO theme with one plugin shows fantastic performance: Mobile 99 and Desktop 100 (Google). Unfortunately, this plugin conflicts with the “Burger” menu.
If I set the option “Load JS Deferred” = “Delayed” the “Burger” doesn’t work. But exactly this option makes the theme extremely fast.
Is there any solution for this case?..

Optimization plugins often combine scripts and reorder them and the common cause of issues as some scripts should not be combined, minified nor re-ordered. That is the case with our products, you need to exclude everything from Pro from any kind of optimization. Don’t worry, our themes are optimized out of the box so they don’t need third-party optimization.
Regretfully, we can’t provide any support regarding performance optimization because it is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your issue or you can avail our newly launched product called Boost, which we can help you with your site speed optimization.

It seems many customers faced the same problem with the not-well optimized file “cs.6f62d0f.js”.

This is not a question about optimizing a particular site. This script reduces the performance of Theme PRO from 99 to 70 (Google). But the menu does not work without it. If there is a solution before the end of the summer sale, I promise to buy an Unlimited bundle)

Of course, you can provide any information that you think is related to this problem. But please remember that the file is already optimized and the performance optimization is beyond the scope of Theme Support.
And I have already checked the file and didn’t find any possibilities for further optimization without the customization. Just to provide a little bit more context as to why this will need custom development or our Boost service. The CS JS file is already optimized, or more specifically, it’s already minified and loaded in the footer out of the box. It’s only that some of Pro’s JS functions are in that CS JS file. If you don’t load that, the theme’s JS dependent features like the menu will surely not work. You’d need to extract that specific JS needed for the menu for it to work. Or, custom code your own menu or find a 3rd party plugin menu that does not use JS. In any case, that requires custom development. It’s only our Elite team that can do that. It’s not part of our theme support.

I have shown you the performance bottleneck of the theme PRO. I’m not the first client to realize this.
If you set “Load JS Deferred” = “Delayed” for cs.6f62d0f.js file, then the Theme has a fantastic performance of 100, but the “burger” in the mobile menu does not work. If we turn it off, then the score of the theme will not exceed 60-70.
I guess it’s not a big deal to fix the “burger” and get the theme performance up to 100 for all your customers. Customers will be happy, but it will be harder to sell your new product Boost)
I will follow your recommendations and try to use a 3rd party plugin menu.
