Media Library Window in Pro

Hi, I am using a third-party Media Library plugin (Happyfiles) to organize my media library into categories for workflow purposes. I have noticed that for every plugin on the site (Revolution Slider, Fluent Forms, etc.) that when I want to “add an image” of some sort, the media window does pop up with Happyfiles active, but within Pro it just remains a standard vanilla media window for selection and upload.

My question is, does Pro force default to this window style vs. something like Happyfiles (as Happyfiles loads everywhere else)?

I am going to contact Happyfiles about this as well, just wanted to know if there might be an answer here as well. Thank you!

Hey @danielphillipsology,

That might be the case. I’ll post this in our tracker as a feature request. If there will be more requests or demand for this, our development team might look into adding integration with Happyfiles plugin.

Thanks–also, I might be wrong, but since Happyfiles (a realtively young plugin) seems to work with everything else on my site except for Pro, I was wondering if it is less a matter of integration vs. Pro allowing third party media management in general?

That would be the case but since it’s a third party plugins and it is not part of the lists of plugins we supported, we can’t guarantee that there will be fixed on this issue. I suggest that you will consult with the plugin developer to ask advise on what to do next.
