Thanks for writing in! Please be aware that background video is dependent on the total height of the section. The height of the section is coming from the outer height of the row which is also dependent on the total height of the column and its elements. To make it responsive, please set at least 10% section padding instead of adding 95px. You may need to change the unit of your transparent height too from 30px to at least 20%. Feel free to change the values of the paddings.
