Making background images clickable

In my second Section on my site I have a background image that I’d like to make clickable, so the user can click it and go to another page on the site…is this possible?

Regretfully, currently, there is no such option to make the background image clickable. It would require custom development, I would suggest you consult a developer who can assist you with your concern.
