Make link open specific tab on separate page

Hi,

Is it possible to have the icons on this page:
http://www.citizenclick.org.uk/support/support-for-your-organisation-overview/

link though to the corresponding tab on this page:
http://www.citizenclick.org.uk/support/support-for-your-organisation-overview/support-for-your-organisation/

For example; if someone clicked the ‘Planning’ icon/button on the ‘support-for-your-organisation-overview’ page it would take them to the ‘support-for-your-organisation’ page and automatically display the ‘Planning’ tab.
