Hello
I am trying to transfer a license.
I unlock the license from my account and copy the license number.
I then login to the new account and click the ‘Register License’ button and paste the code into the space and click the arrow and receive the following message.
Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.
Please can you transfer the license?

Sorry to hear that the license transfer did not work as it should. We’ve seen that from time to time on some accounts. Not to worry though, I’ve moved it across manually for you. So it’s now in its new home!
