Hello,
I have repeatedly attempted to validate my license today (which has been verified and operating normally not the website since December 2019). I have the correct code and it validates giving this notification:
Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked."
And then proceeds to say I. am not validated and need to do it to unlock features.
What is the issue?

We’ve been looking into an issue with site validation and I wanted to followup here. Were you able to get the site validated? If not, would you mind if I logged in to check? I tried the credentials you added but they weren’t working for your site. Just let us know, thanks!

I started to follow the general thread on this and followed the instructions there. The website has now been validated and is without issue. Thanks for the fix.
