The usual cause of this is that the server could not or does not allow connection to our servers. Please follow the solutions mentioned in our connection issues article at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-validation-connection-issues/201
If you’ve tried everything suggested and they don’t work, please give us WordPress Admin and cPanel access so we could check the exact error.
Thanks. I just retried and validation succeeded, no changes to anything on my side.
I assume the timeout has occurred since last time I attempted validation (yesterday).
