I am trying to modify some existing Layer Sliders I created and now I cannot see them listed within my WordPress web-site under Layer Sliders. Can you take a look? More information to come.

I can confirm it is missing on the Layerslider listing page on the admin. Although I can’t see any error.
Please try this troubleshooting first:
1.) You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. It would be best if you could setup a staging site and then troubleshoot there to avoid affecting the performace of this production site.
2.) If this is not an issue with any of your plugin, please check your error log. See if there is anything there that affect the performance of your site.

This still did not work. I created a test slider, but that is the only one that is showing. It says the product is not activated. But it came bundled with my theme. My license number to follow…
The sliders are still functioning on my web-site, but I cannot access them to apply modifications… http://airplaneiq.com/. Can you find out how to get them listed again so I can get to them?

I tested a few options but I am not sure why this is happening and this is the first time I encountered such an issue.
What was the last time you remember having the sliders listed and what did you do on the website after that point of time?
We need to have a clue of when this happened. Maybe if you move your website to a staging one we will be able more freely test.

I found a clue:
If you check the latest release post it seems that your website is one of the rare cases. I am going to follow up on that and make sure that we are going to release the latest version. At the moment, you can not update as we did not release the latest version yet.

When I checked again today, it says I have version 6.10.2 installed and should update to 6.11.1. But when I try to update, it gives me this error message… “An error occurred while updating LayerSlider WP: Update package not available.” When I go to LayerSlider, it says my product is not activated. Is 6.11.1 the version I need or am I waiting on another update?

We are still doing compatibility and conflict testing which is why the update is not yet available. Once we are done testing, the update will be released. meanwhile, you can check the latest supported version in our documentation here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. We will surely update the page as well once it is released.
