You have to know that the same privacy policy works on the other side. There it works, if this is confirmed. if not, it does not work there either.
Hey @Marc,
The form is not loaded in your other site too and it also has the same content policy meta.
Now going back to your other site, thanks for deactivating all third party plugins. Now the policy error’s gone and I have seen where the issue is coming from.
Your custom CSS caused the issue.
.grwf2-wrapper.wf2-embedded {
display:none;
}
I commented it out and the form displayed. Please watch my new screencast in the secure note. I kindly ask that before opening a support thread, please remove all custom codes in your site and deactivate third party plugins.
Thanks.
Christian, you are my superhero! It works. I did not know that there is this CSS in the theme. Did you activate the right xTheme now? Or do I have to activate the child theme?
You’re welcome, Marc. Please just let me clarify that the custom CSS is or custom codes in general are not part of the theme. It has been added maybe by your staff in Theme Options > CSS.
I’ve activated X and Cornerstone in my test. Feel free to activate the child theme but please make sure there aren’t any custom codes like the one I commented out.
Thanks.
I switched to the child theme and it works fine! Many thanks for everything!!!
You’re welcome. Glad we’re able to help.
Christian, I still have one question … What brings me the transition to XPro?
Hi Marc,
Glad it’s working now, with Pro, you can utilize the header and footer builder and have access to Design cloud under Template Manager. It gives you more option for customization
Thanks!
