Tested all plugins and cleared cache but unfortunately, all tools are blank when I try to edit.

All your server settings seems fine. I have log in to your site and tested your Cornerstone. I could not replicate any issue.

Please check if you have any browser extensions that may be preventing you from loading the Cornerstone Preview and the Layouts or Elements tab.
