how can i tell if an old version of the page is stored and if it is how can i delete it thanks.
Hi there,
If you have a Cache plugin installed then you might have the old version problem. You will need to purge the cache and deactivate the plugin for testing. If you do not have a cache plugin you can ignore that troubleshooting step.
Kindly follow the steps below and if there is a case that does not apply to you skip:
.htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
Thank you.
