Good morning,

IG link images are being cut off since update.

Happens on mobile and desktop.

Please make sure to fully flush your site cache including your browser cache if you have just updated to the latest version.

Cache was cleared on the site.

Cleared cache in Chrome.

X is the most update to version.

No change.

Hey Gemma,

This seems to be happening due to a third party plugin conflict, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also make sure to clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

If the issue persists then try remove custom JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).
