Im getting this error. And can't find the template or open design cloud I updated the theme to the new version for wordpress 6.2

hi I did and I followed all instructions but theme is not working properly, can’t access the customise

Are you using the older version of X and then update to the latest version same goes with the WordPress 6.2? If yes, I highly suggest that you check out this tutorial.

I have checked your website and found that you have updated the X but not the Cornerstone. I would suggest you update the Cornerstone once by following the below steps and checking if that helps or not.

1. Delete the existing Cornerstone from the plugin list.
2. After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

I have checked your website and found the Cornerstone version, i.e., 6.1.4. I would suggest you follow the steps given in my previous reply and update the Cornerstone before you retry the Design Cloud.

Hi I have followed the steps deleted the plugin and installed the new one however the shortcakes to display shop and items still don’t work.

Hey @liamahern,

I can see that you have already updated the theme and plugin to the latest version. Upon further investigation I found out that the WooCommerce plugin is not activated that is why there are no products available in the product page. That being said, I tried to enable all the plugins on your website and they are working now.
