Ive been reading forum posts form years back on how to get the form to be horizontal and centered instead of vertical, nothing I am doing is working. I see there is the new addition of using the EL tag but am not sure how it works correctly.

In case if you are using the “Email Forms” plugin for the subscription. I would suggest you please have a look at this thread to make the form field align horizontally.
In case if you are using any different plugin we need to check your settings. I would request you please share your exact page URL.
