I tried based on online help but the “tm” alignment goes out of whack.

Hmm, I’m confused. Is it the font size or alignment? Perhaps you can provide some screenshots? Or more details of the alignment issue that you’re having. Because that ™ is intentionally made to appear in the upper area of the text.
