How do I access support?! I have registered but cannot find how to contact.
Cornerstone will not let me add elements or themes, it appears to work, but the last stage of installation flashes up ‘canceling instillation’.

There is an issue with the sites install section within the Creator section. It will copy the colors, but not the page content currently. Apologies for the inconvenience. Are you currently not able to create pages? Let us know if there are any other issues.
Hi, no I cannot create pages. Also I cannot figure out how to make the bottom footer sticky or make the body display the BG image and scale to the full height of the window. This is always pretty basic stuff, not sure why I can’t figure out within the cornerstone GUI…

I think there is something up with my install. I’m reading through all the docs, I don’t have an option for pro>theme options, there are no templates and (as I said above), any theme.co layouts I try to download within cornerstone will not install…
is there an email support system? This is incredibly frustrating…

Hey Tom,
Pro > Theme Options applies to the installations using Pro 4.x.x or below. If you are using the Pro theme 5.1.5, you should be able to access it in Cornerstone > Theme Options. And if you have updated to the latest release, you can launch Cornerstone and find the Theme Options tab in the right panel.
By the way, there is a known issue in the latest release that some pages from the site demos will not be imported. If you need a particular site demo or page template, we advised that you install the previous stable version which is the Pro 5.1.5. Install the desired site demo or page templates and then you can update to the latest version afterwards.
