Hello, I am trying to find where I can edit the headline text using the hero header? Screenshot attached.

Thank you for writing in, that’s weird, there should be an Edit Text area above that width and max-width option.
Please make sure everything is up to date Wordpress, and Theme.

I updated all plugins, theme and wordpress. Cleared cache on the site and did a “flush cache” on my hosting end. This is also a staging site. It still does not show up…

In your screenshot, the Text field is missing which suggests that there could be an error or a conflict which is hiding this option. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists then please get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

I tried deactivating all of the plugins and it still did not work. I will give you access to look at it in the secure note.
I deleted what was there and added new items and it had the text option. Problem solved
