Header Bar Color Not Updating

Hi, first off. Super appreciate the youtube channel!
I was attempting to do Headers: Creating Full-Screen Multi-Backgrounds.
Everything was going well until I tried to change the “bar” color on the header. I moved it to transparent but it stays white.

Please let me know what I’m doing wrong.

Please also check the container settings and check the background setting.
