Hey @KyleMac,
Layout issues are usually caused by broken HTML. In case you’ve written HTML in the text elements or in any area of your site, please copy the HTML code and paste them to HTML validation tools like http://htmlhint.com/. That will show you if there are syntax errors. They’re usually missing closing tags.
If you’ve note written any HTML, it’s possible that a custom CSS or even JS is causing this, please also check your site for those. They’re usually in Theme Options > CSS and Theme Options > JS but could also be elsewhere like Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
Another possibility is third party plugins, especially optimization plugins. If you’re using a caching plugin please clear all caches and deactivate it first. Then, try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Lastly, ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.
If you’ve tried all suggestions above and the issue persists, please give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note.
Thanks.
