Global Header to Original Header

Hello,

There are three issues I need to solve.

1- After installing one of the site from cloud , I wanted to change Header in Pro. Installed one of the header template. But I couldn’t see it in site view.(made it global) Also I want it top of rev. slider. I didn’t manage this.

2- I can’t see it in site view.

3 - After changing from global to original header, I couldn’t see it also. I don’t have header now in my site.

Hi Murat,

Thank you for writing in, I see standard header (with no menu items) on your site now. Would you mind to clarify what header template did you install?

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

I have used 23.

I have selected all of the pages before making global, then it’s fixed. Slider position is also fine now.

I’m not sure why it didn’t work when I made it global at first.
