Full Width Images

Very similar to your Integrity content and examples like https://alexanderklebe.com/, I am using Pro to edit my site at www.martinrayvaughan.com.
I am able to do a full width Revolution Slider, but how do I do a full width image? Even though my page is not in a container, the Image Element doesn’t seem to have the option of spanning the entire width of the page?

Thank you!

Marty

Hey Marty,

Thanks for posting in! Are you trying to have a fullwidth image right in your section? Please insert a section and in the row settings, please disable the column container to make the row as wide as the section. In your column, please insert an image element. In most cases, the image will display as wide as the original width of the image. It will not be stretch out and be fullwidth unless you add an inline css min-width: 100%; width: 100%; in your image settings. And if you are using the v2 image element, you can simply set the width to 100% instead.

Hope this make sense.

Great. How is the parallax with an overlay of text and a button working at this example?

Set the image as the Section’s background and enable the parallax option.

I’m struggling to maintain an adequate height for these images. I’m trying to mimick Ethos 02 somewhat - but clearly something is wrong.

Right after the top revolution slider I have added a full width image (no container) and enabled lower parallax. As you can see, there’s only a few pixels in height showing.

Hi Marty,

This is what I am seeing at your homepage: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbXtfR2vTT no content below the first section with slider. If you add the image as background and set parallax to on, make sure that specific section have content. Background image height follows the height where it is applied thus you can’t the effect if there’s no content inside the section.
