There could be an issue on the page. Please temporarily disable the Contact Form 7 and edit the Web Design page. Save the page as a template so that you can create a new test page and use the template. Remove the form integration first on the newly created page. Enable the Contact Form 7 and try to insert the Form Integration element into the newly created page again.
