Form construction

Hi guys
I am looking at setting up a donation/giving form. I found this reference on a site. Here is the screen grab. Can you give me some direction on which tools I should use to construct this? I will be linking it to Stripe.

Hope all is well. Yes, I have checked out GiveWP. Got to thedemo and then I noticed a tag. 2% taken on every transaction. This is something I want to avoid. I think this is profiteering. Do you think it is possible to integrate Stripe with a conditional form along similar lines?

I am not well-versed in Stripe payments. I want you to check this documentation first.

You can create a Stripe payment link. That link might be used integrated to a form or just a group of buttons in your site.

I have a Stripe Account set up for this assignment, I have an option for an embed, and I have just converted this NFP site to Pro. I have set up a series of donation amounts on this page on the staging site. I will be back once I have the opportunity to explore this a bit deeper, along with that documentation.
