Thanks for writing in!

Actually the footer menu is there already. It is not visible to the naked ye though because of the background color of your footer.

Please go to Cornerstone > Theme Options > Stack and change the color of the Topbar Background to something darker. If you want to have your topbar background as white and then your footer background color as something darker, perhaps this old thread can help you:
