Footer issue with different browsers

hi there,

i have tested with some different browsers, only the Internet Explorer have the issue rendering the footer of my site, others were fine.

alignment text and images was aligned to the left, also the bottom inquiry form was out of the columns.

is it because of the html rendering? may i know how to fix it
