It seems like each container assigned to a header covers the entire area (RightSide Header). With that in mind I thought I’d be able to make the overlapping flex boxes work for content by using different origins points for the flex behavior. Now I’m looking for the settings up the line and can’t find any. I was tweeting those settings yesterday so I can’t figure out what happened to them.

The Flex settings is only available when the Advance Mode option is enabled. You can find this setting in Pro > Settings > Permissions > User Preferences and set the “Advanced Mode” to Always ON. I went ahead and it is already enable.
Please check your header settings again.
Thanks. I was told this would be a way to lose some of the unwanted clutter of options. I didn’t expect it to remove such a fundamental setting. The interface is not very well designed - at all.

The Advanced Mode willd display more controls for the elements. If you turn it off, you will only have basic element controls.
