Hi there,

I’m getting the following error on the page https://investorready.nl/bevestiging/:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class TCO_Coalescence, because the name is already in use in /home/invest61/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/vendor/coalescence/class-coalescence.php on line 6

The other pages dont appear to have that error though. I was editing some things in Cornerstone of that page and after saving I saw the fatal error on the front-end. EDIT: I get the same problem each time I edit a page and save it.

Also when im going to the back-end of the page in Cornerstone I get the following message:

The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.

My hosting Siteground couldn’t assist me further and told me to contact you guys.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi Floris,

Please login through FTP then go to wp-content/plugins then rename the cornerstone directory that is in there.

Doing this would automatically disable Cornerstone and you should be able to access the site.

Once you access the site and it back live, you can go back to the ftp files and delete the cornerstone directory. Go back to the wordpress dashboard and Cornerstone should be reinstalled. In case it is not, you can install it from the X page.
