Extension plugin on home page appears as h1

Please help, on my website : www.eveil-kundalini.net the the plugin and extension of mailchimp newsletter on the home page is as h1… please help me to change the h1… i do not found where i can change it.

Hello Mikel,

Thanks for writing in!

To get your issue resolved, you will have to do the following:

Go to Plugins and deactivation the X – Email Forms plugin.
Delete this plugin complete.
Go to X > Validation and install latest version of the Email Forms plugin which is 2.0.5

Kindly let us know how it goes.
