On checking Yoast, I’ve got several 404s - all Essential Grid and all old inactive files - this must be related, but I don’t know how to remove them (where they’re located)?

It’s hosting related, I logged in to your provided staging and it works there.
Perhaps it was empty since the cache is carried upon the transfer too.
