Thank you for reaching out to us. This usually happens due to a third party plugin conflict, outdated theme and plugins or low server resources, you can check for the following first:
Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/docs/product-updates for more details.
Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If using, deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme.
Please make sure that you have validated the theme to be able to connect to the Themeco plugin repository. “Error encountered. The package could not be installed” could simply mean that you cannot connect to the plugin repository. If you have already validated the theme, please revoke and re validate it. You may have re assign the license code to another domain which may have caused the issue.
If the issue persists then please follow this thread: Getting error while installing SuperFly
If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.
