Embedded You Tube videos looping after 2 seconds?

I have embedded a you tube video on the homepage, when you click it it only plays 2 seconds and then it stops and restarts,

have created test page and added a normal video and that works see here

any idea what it can be?

You can add ?autoplay=1 to href

eg.
