Dropdown menu issues

We are having issues with drop down menus using the default menu. They work in Chrome but no other browsers, i.e. - Firefox, IE, etc

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi,

Can you clarify what release this will be fixed in? I am having this problem only In Safari on MacOS, seems to be fine in Chrome and FF. Pretty sure it happened when I just updated to Pro 3.2.1.

I will hold off updating my other sites for now.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA as of yet, but you can try applying the files mentioned in this thread Mobile Drop Down does not work.

I have an issue with menu dropdowns on Chrome. However work fine on Edge & IOS

Stopped working in Chrome today on our site at JulieLohre.com

What is THEMECO doing to fix it. 4 days and still no response??

Are you using the patch version Rad gave here: Mobile Drop Down does not work ? Once you confirm, I’ll forward this to Rad.
