Thank you for providing the login information. I checked the website and did a test by deactivating Jetpack and it did not work again. I reactivated the plugin.
The other test I did is to go to Pro > Status and check your server settings.
I’d appreciate that you increase the PHP memory limit to 512M.
Also, please kindly contact your hosting service provider and ask them to increase the settings below:
Post Max Size from 8M to 64M
PHP Execution Time Limit from 30s to 300s
Max Upload Size from 8M to 64m or 128M

Finally, your hosting service provider has the Endurance cache enabled by default, which might also contribute to the issue in which you can contact the provider and consult.
