Dc acf show all posts of a specific author/user

Hi,

i use acf pro to add custom fields to pages with the template “Autoren”
One Field is “Autor” Field with will set for a specific User.

Now i use the Layout builder to build a specific layout for the author. The Layout will be used if the page template is “Autoren”

My Problem is i would like to show all Posts of the specific User defined in the custom field.
I hope you know what i mean.

I would suggest you use the Looper and set the Looper Provider as Query String. Please have a look at this thread to learn more about the query strings.

okay i found this about Query Strings for posts of a specific User

So is it right, that my Query String for the Looper is for example author=2?

Yes, based on the article you’ve posted that’s the query string for getting specific user/author.

my query for the Looper is now “post_type=post&author_name={{dc:acf:user_field field=“nickname”}}” and it works
