I would like to achieve something but don’t know how.
I want to have a sticky column with some text (anchors) on the left, and on the right column, just text that is scrollable.
(see image for example) Or this page for a similar behaviour.

Regretfully there isn’t a feature in X or Pro theme that you can create a fixed column or sidebar in the content area.
Please take a look Q2W3 Fixed Widget to make widget sticky instead.
As this is really something which is not related to our theme code and is related to customization and extra functionality it is out of our support scope naturally and the plugin suggestion was the try from our part to be helpful regarding this issue.
I suggest that your research implement such a functionality from here

Just to make sure about the link I will use. The function is to send people to a specific section in the page, and for that I need to give an ID to each section and then use the link www.mywebsite.com/#IDclass
