Countdown not counting down

Hi there,

I have a countdown element that’s supposed to count down until the end date is reached.
That has been working for a year or so. Now when I select an end date that is a within the current month but in the future it’s not recognized as a futture date and the countdown has already ended. Even stranger, if I select an end date within the next month (April) it is working as intended but May isn’t working. Also I can’t access the number settings in the element: “Uh oh! Details helpful to Themeco support can be found in the browser’s developer tools console.”

We’re unable to find the countdown element. Please provide the URL where we can see it and also provide a screenshot to guide us how it looks.

Hey @ArtOfSpring,

Date format doesn’t currently support other languages. Please use English for now.

Thanks. It changes to my website language when I click into the input field. Have to change it back manually afterwards. This behaviour is new, before it worked like a charm

Thank you for that info. I will queue this internally for further investigation. For now, this needs manual overriding.
