Corporate Page Menu Issues

Hi There, I am having trouble on our Hawaii location for the corporate page. If you go to the menu on Mobile --> services --> corporate hair and makeup and then it takes you back to the landing page. Whereas all of the other locations take you to the corporate page. Can you please advise.

Hi There, We have updated and have a new link. However, I believe all my menus and links are correct but it is still taking me back to the home landing page. Please advise how to make it go to the right page. Thank you

I’m another member of the support team, and I checked this on my Android device. It is working correctly on my end. I tested it using Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.52. Please let us know which browser you are testing it in.

hi there, my boss and I use iPhones and safari. Neither one of our phones is taking us to the correct page. Can you please show me what yours looks like on your end?

Hi Thank you for getting back to me however we are having all of these issues:

1. When you click on a location the hamburger menu in the right corner always gets stuck. You have to click it 2 or 3 times before it works.
2. From the hamburger menu in each location when you go to the corporate event hair and makeup from the services drop down item it just takes you back to the home page. I went through on each individual menu and changed this.
3. On our desktop version when you click on services and then corporate it also is taking to the wrong page only on certain devices.

Please advise as we need this to be up and going asap.

I checked your website on my end on my Android phone and it working fine on my end. I tested it using Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.52. Please let us know which browser you are testing it in. Please check the screen recording video.

Hi,

there is still so many issues we are seeing on our end. The Las Vegas mobile page is showing the book now button when I have it hidden on the backend in cornerstone.

The corporate pages are the main focus and they are not linking correctly on mobile and I have cleared my cache and checked on multiple peoples phones.

I am not sure what else to do.

Hey Ashley,

Thank you for testing this on multiple phones.

Your site is hosted on WP Engine, which keeps a separate cache for iPhones, and it also runs behind Cloudflare. Since the issue appears on iPhones but not on Android, please clear the site’s caches first:

1. In WP Admin, go to WP Engine > Caching and click Clear all caches.

2. If you manage Cloudflare for the domain, purge its cache as well (Caching > Configuration > Purge Everything).

3. Go to Cornerstone > Settings and click Clear Cache.

After that, please install the Brave browser on one of the iPhones and test the site’s navigation there. Brave keeps its own cache, separate from Safari’s, so this will show whether data stored in Safari is still causing the issue.

• If the menu works correctly in Brave, the issue is most likely Safari’s cache. Please open the site in a Safari Private Browsing tab and test it there. If it works, clear Safari’s cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data; on iOS 18 and later, Settings > Apps > Safari), then test the site again in Safari’s normal mode.

• If the same behavior occurs in Brave, please let us know, along with the iPhone model and iOS version, so we can investigate further.

Regarding the “Book Now” button on the Las Vegas page, please share the page URL and a screenshot from the iPhone where the button is missing, so we can check whether it is hidden at that screen size.
