Cornerstone will not load

Hello Rad,

I simply cannot remove the rewrite since it would cause duplicate content issue. For example, both of these url’s would be indexed by google:

Industries We Support | Bella FSM

http://www.bellafsm.com/field-service-industries (same url but with out the trailing slash)

The rewrite was not needed prior to the recent updates to X and Cornerstone. For some reason a rewrite is now needed which causes cornerstone not to load.

Can this be escalated to find the fix?

Regretfully, there’s no other solution but to try the suggested removal of the rewrite rule.

Cornerstone works in standard WordPress and server setup. We have no support for custom server setups. Please contact your web host for an alternative rule.

I’m not sure why it causes duplicate content but a difference in slash is not found in this documentation by Google https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/66359?hl=en
