Cornerstone not working again

Your hosting switched off the IP restriction for the user…so contact should be possible.

In a secure note I’ll sent you his reply…and he ( Klaas) asks whether straight contact between you and him is possible.

I’m able to see the changes now, but there is no luck. This seems to be a host problem, so please forward this to them

When the code is viewed in FTP, it looks like this which is correct

But when it’s served by your host, it became like this

Which of course, causing javascript error. They are just the same file, but maybe your host has encoding issue when it serve the files.

The file URL in question is in the secure note.

Progressie! Ik denk dat het handig is dat de uitleg in engels volgt.

I’ve isolated the shown error messages copied the line to a seperate file:
/home/nrdesign.nl/public_html/nrdesign.nl/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/test.txt

When viewed online, through:
https://viaroses.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/dist-app/js/test.txt
I noticed that the characterset encoding wasn’t working properly.

The origin of this issue came from the .htaccess file in:
/home/nrdesign.nl/public_html

This file contained the rule ‘AddDefaultCharset iso-8859-1’
I’ve replaced this with ‘AddDefaultCharset utf-8’

The characters show correctly for me now, could you confirm this resolved the issue for you too? If it doesn’t work, I’d like to know how to properly reproduce the problem within the website so that if I make changes I can see the result.
