Cornerstone not allowing me to create new elements after updating from Cornerstone 1.0 to 5.3.3

I just purchased the latest version of Cornerstone and added it to my Wordpress site. When I go to add new elements to a new section, they don’t stick, and the new section disappears.

My staging site is theplcc.com/dev.

This renders Cornerstone unusable. Can anyone provide insight? Thank you in advance!
