Cornerstone Can't Render

When I try to move images around in columns, elements start to disappear. Eventually everything on the page will be gone expect for the header and footer. I get the message “This element could not render due to invalid markup. You may have unclosed html tags in your content.”

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, the user does not have access to the Cornerstone page builder to check what exactly happening. I suggest you check by deleting the section of the specific pages one by one till the issue is fixed, and the last one you have deleted before the fix is the actual issue. If that does not help, please grant the user all the privileges to access the Page Builder for further investigation.

Hi Glen,

I have checked the mentioned page and didn’t find any issue you described here while moving the images into different columns. Can you please provide any screencasting video that helps us to recognize the problem you are having?

Thanks! I’ve recorded what’s happening. After the first row disappears, I can’t move the other images or text to other columns.

Thanks for looking into this. I was using Google Chrome but logged in using Safari. The issue doesn’t occur in Safari. I can use this browser as a workaround. Thanks!
