Is anyone else experiencing trouble with content band and container short codes. I use several shortcodes on my site; however, having extreme difficulty making them full width like in the demos. I see sites where others have either created there own… Is this supported by the X theme for Themeco?

Thanks for writing in! Aside from using content band and container shortcodes, you must change the page template to “Blank - No Container | Header, Footer” to have a fullwidth content. We highly recommend that you use Cornerstone in building your pages/posts. The margin error of using a shortcode is very high with getting your page messed up when a certain character or shortcode is not properly used.
Using the Cornerstone, our very own page builder by the way, should be able to help you create any layout design with ease and no coding required. You can even create nested layouts. Feel free to check out this documentation to get acquainted with Cornerstone:
