Category page on Directories Pro plugin

I get this unformatted page as the category page with Directories Pro plugin.

When I switch back to TwentyTwenty theme, the category page shows as it should.

I’ve played around with the settings in the plugin, as well as deactivating all other plugins but I can’t seem to get it to work on Pro

Thanks for troubleshooting beforehand. We will investigate the issue but please note that we cannot guarantee a fix nor compatibility with the Directories Pro plugin but we will do our best to know the cause of the issue.

Because Directories Pro is a paid plugin, we are not able to test it on our own so please copy your live site to a staging server and give us the following info in a Secure Note

• Staging WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Staging FTP credentials (ask your web host if you’re not familiar with this)

Figured it out after all! Had to change up the page template several different methods (“fullwidth” didn’t work, but “container” did)
