Cannot Access Pro Theme Options

Just updated from X to Pro, but I cannot access the theme options or edit existing pages. Every time I attempt either task I get the following warning:

Not Found

The requested URL /pro/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks for writing in!

To resolve your issue, please go to Settings > Permalink and select Post Name or any other choice other than the default permalink settings.

This, unfortunately, did not work and brought the entire site down.

Are you working on that site below? besides the Contact Form 7 JS error that I am seeing on the frontend, it seems the site is fine.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.
