sorry for being a pain in the but is there a reason why this keeps comming up ca you determine f it is my hosting caching o not i disabled dynamic caching on sitegrounds server or could it be one of my plugins thanks in advanced.

Is it SiteGround? There were known issue with their hosting in which the URLs aren’t updated once moved to staging or live. Please check this https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/update-siteground-staging-issues/15577

And please provide your site’s URL and admin login credentials on a secure note and I’ll check it as well.
