Breadcrumbs for Custom Post Types

Hello,

I applied the instructions written here

But the breadcrumb for any custom post shows only homepage. Here’s sample post

The correct breadcrumb should appear like this (with hyperlinks to each element (EXCEPT the post’s own URL)

HOME > Analytics 101 > Team Evaluation Metrics > Possession

I appreciate if you can take a look at this?
