Again: Header Pro Logo is way to big in IE and overlapping

The Logo in IE is bigger than in chrome and overlapping my menu items.
Any ideas?

Thank you,
Michael

Hi Michael,

Thank you for writing in, but the site looks fine on my end on IE. Please clarify.

Have you already resolve the issue? If not, try the fix provided here.

Cheers!

Hi there,

of course a overlapping will only occur, if the window is to small :)) Therefore you should make your browser window smaller.

In Chrome and Firefox the Logo is scaling down and after one point I get the burger.
In IE the menu is behind the logo and the size is fix.

If I use the fix you provided:

Cheers,
Michael

Hey Michael,

Inspect your image element in Header Builder and set the width to 100% this will fix the logo resizing issue. Regarding the text cutoff issue, It’s happening in Chrome browser as well due to the shortage of space in the header. I’d recommend you to either shorten your menu item names or change the break point of mobile menu activation to fix the text trimming issue.

Let us know how this goes!

Well, this fixe the resizing issue, yes.
However, the main problem is still there: The logo overlaps the menu in IE

Hey @mickna,

I went ahead and set the logo image’s width to 100% as suggested above and now the logo doesn’t overlap with menu in IE and now it resizes with the screen size:

Please clear your browser’s cache and check your header again in IE. Cheers!

Hence!
Forgot to clear my cache.

Thank you!

Glad we could help.
